Ingredients
- 2 Raw Mangoes (Green Coloured)
- 3 Tbsp of Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp of black salt
- 2 cups of water
- 1Tbsp of Cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp of mint leaves
- Ice Cubes
Equipments
Saucepan, Spoon, Grinder
Directions
Take a saucepan and put raw green mangoes and water in it. Firstly bring it to a boil and then keep it on simmer for around 10 minutes to wait for the mangoes to get soft.
Wait till the mangoes get cool and then peel them off via a spoon or a peeler.
Take your grinder and pour the pulp in it. Once it is done, grind it and put some water to turn it into a thick paste.
Pour the paste into the saucepan and add brown sugar to it. Wait till the sugar is dissolved completely with the paste.
Stir the paste and keep on doing so to avoid the sugar from burning.
Once, sugar is dissolved, you can remove the pan from gas. Put some cumin powder, and black salt to it. If required, you can add some plain salt as well.
For making the amazing Aam Panna, take one to two Tbsp of this mixture into a glass and fill it with child water and mix well. For garnishing the drink you can use some mint leaves.
Well, that’s it your Aam Panna is ready to be served freshly!
