Ingredients
- 400 grams Mangoes (take pulpy mangoes, prefer Alphonso Mango)
- ½ Tsp Cardamom powder
- Sugar as per your taste
- ¼ Tsp dry ginger powder (optional)
- water/ milk (optional)
- dry fruits (optional)

Directions
Rinse the mangoes thoroughly and then peel them with the help of a knife or a peeler.
Chop the mango into small pieces and place them in a blender.
Blend the chopped mangoes into a thick pulpy texture.
Add cardamom powder. You can also add some saffron strands.
Mix the powder well into the mixture.
Add some sugar as per your requirements and mix it well with mango pulp. Try to use sugar powder or jaggery powder, instead of granules.
If you find that the consistency of the Aamras is too high, you can add some water or milk to it.
To make your Aamras more tasty, you can fry some nuts till they have turned golden brown and then mix them with your Aamras.
Now your Aamras is ready to be served!
