Ingredients

  • 1 can (400 gm) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup mango pulp
  • ½ cup cream
  • 10 to 12 blanched almonds
  • kulfi moulds
  • Vark leaves (optional)
  • Dry fruit

Equipments

Kulfi Moulds, Blender, Freezer (Refrigerator)

Directions

Open the sweetened condensed milk can ( it will taste a lot better if you will make a milkmaid kulfi from milkmaid condensed milk) and pour it out in a big bowl.

Add cream and mango pulp to it.

Blend all the three together. You can use a beater or blender to do so.

When the mixture of all three is completely blended, add some nuts (blanched almonds or any other dry fruits) that you want.

Mix the nuts with the mixture well.

Take out the kulfi moulds and pour this mixture into all the 8 moulds.

Use a freezer to freeze your mango kulfi. For this, you can set your freezer or refrigerator at the lowest temperature.

Wait for sometime for the mango kulfi to set. It’s better to wait for at least 8 to 10 hours to get an amazing mango kulfi.

Once, the kulfi is set, you can take out the moulds from the freezer.

Take a knife and take out the kulfi carefully from the moulds and place them on the serving plate. Garnish with some nuts or vark leaves.

Voila! Your mango kulfi is ready to be eaten fresh.
