1. Cancellation Policy
While there is a option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number.
As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as credits which could be used further anytime later for shopping. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Mango Basket shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organisations, manufacturers/shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of Mango Basket.
2. Returns & Refund Policy
A. Orders once placed & processed through themangobasket.com can be cancelled in 12hrs.
B. Estimated Delivery Time is the approximate 3-4 days to deliver the mango to the Customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, Mango Basket will be in contact with the logistics partner and will share the detail with you.
C. If there is any shortfall in delivery or the mangoes such as they were damaged, pressed, squeezed or crushed, In such cases, you can send an email at hello@themangobasket.com or reach out to us at our social media handles and provide us required proof (image/video) so we can proceed with either refund or replacement.
D. After mutual agreement of refund of payment, Mango Basket shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid. Such refund shall be fulfilled in 15 working days from the date of mutual agreement.
E. We would like to inform you that due to extreme heat or any delay caused by courier service problems, there is a possibility of 1 or 2 mangoes in your order experiencing degradation or over ripening.
F. In the unlikely event that the number of degraded mangoes exceeds more than the aforementioned amount, we will refund the amount of degraded mangoes to you.
3. Shipping Policy
A. We ship all over India, all orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or via speed post only. Orders are generally shipped on the same day or the next day but may take up to 7 working days depending on the number of processing orders and external factors from the date of placing the order and delivering of the shipment subject to the courier company/post office norms.
B. We charge nominal flat Shipping charges for free all over India which are specified on the product page or informed explicitly by our customer care before the shipping.
C. Packing charges are included and in this regards our customer don’t have to pay us any extra penny.
D. If anything happens to mangoes while they are in transit we take full responsibility of it and in this regards we have our refund and replacement policy in place which you can read it above.
